While at the Center

When you attend your session at the AMA Chicago Executive Conference Center, we at AMA will make every effort to ensure that your experience is both productive and enjoyable.

• The Executive Conference Center can be accessed through the entrance at 8655 West Higgins Road.
• The AMA Executive Conference Center's Customer Service Staff is ready and willing to assist guests with administrative support, including faxes and copies, and providing concierge services.  
• The Message Center is located at the Customer Service Desk. The names of guests receiving messages are displayed on Message Monitors located throughout the center. You can receive phone messages and faxes through the 1st floor Customer Service Desk at 773-693-5511 and faxes at 773-693-3260.
• The Executive Conference Center features a Business Center open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with four computers (all with high speed internet access) and 2 network printers. Data ports access is also available for quick Internet connectivity. Faxes can be sent through the Customer Service Desk.
• Complimentary beverages are available at stations found throughout the Executive Conference Center. These beverage stations provide hot and cold beverages that include coffee, decaffeinated coffee, assorted gourmet teas, soda, fruit juices and ice water.
• In an emergency, contact the Customer Service Desk immediately.
• There is a First Aid Kit at the Customer Service Desk.
• The AMA Bookstore is located on the main floor and operates from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday to Friday. The Center houses the largest business bookstore in the Midwest.
• Courtesy phones are located on each floor of the Center for local or 800 numbers.
• Restrooms are located on each floor of the Center.
• Chicago guides, subway and bus maps are available at the Customer Service Desk.
